Today the health is very important because many people will change the habits of food, health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organisms.
We need get better our lives avoiding many things for example, pollution, drunk a lot, drugs, lack of drink, obesity, stress,etc.
We need

Psychologists interviews more than 1.5 million men to see how well they coped with stress. The men were then tacked for 25 years to see if they developed diabetes, this is a very important problem because diabetes is an illness very common in Mexico.

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose, because insulin production is inadequate, or the body's cells don't respond properly to insulin.


Other important problem in health is the obesity because the our eating habits are terrible, obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health.
You can get better your health with a litter moves all days, eat many vegetables and fruits, feel good about yourself, make simple daily change, have a diet, find some healthy recipes,  socialise in healthier ways, use a media motivation, make a sport, find healthy options to eat, sleep 8 hours of a day, drink weather,etc.
